This was the second wine introduced and is made with an emphasis on blance and elegance and Burgundian styling. Vineyards in the stony soils of the Wairau Valley provide ripe stone fruit characters, while sites in the dense clay of the Southern Valleys give citrussy elegance. The wine spends 11 months in oak barrels before bottling, adding creamy and nutty aromas.
